Centeeprices is the Nigeria leading Entrepreneurial Supply Chain e-commerce platform. Here, we produce what we consume and consume what we produce while we share the profits amongst members. Our platform consists of our membership, entrepreneurs affiliate shops, marketplace, and commission community which connects manufacturers, sellers, retailers with consumers, our 3pl logistics service - Boldage Logistics Services Limited, which enables the shipment and delivery of packages to members or consumers, and our payment service with paystack, which facilitates transactions among participants active on our platform in selected dealings.

This website is operated by members of the centerprices group consist of a tripartite union between Thamvos Products Company Limited, Thamvos Products Manufacturers Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and Boldage Logistics Services Limited, the ultimate holding company of which is Thamvos Products Manufacturers Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and Boldage Logistics Services Limited. Information on our subsidiaries can be found on our website.

Any personal data provided or collected on www.centerprices.com is controlled by the subsidiary that the website relates to.

We collect your personal data in order to provide tailored products and services and in order to analyse and continually improve our products and services. Centerprices also uses Google Digital Marketing to propose targeted offers for certain products and services to our members or customers.

Term and Conditions of Centerprices To Thamvos Entrepreneurs

Thamvos Products Manufacturers Multipurpose Cooperative Society is known for her uniqueness in nature and operations. Being a products based Cooperative, we are involved in creating our own product lines through a contract production for the purpose of members participating in distribution and consumption while dividend are generated and are shared amongst members on the basis of personal and referrals purchases and sales performance. Our term and conditions for membership operations on Centerprices as a Thamvos Entrepreneur is base on the production agreement with our manufacturer: Thamvos Products Company Limited who owns the products technology directly or indirectly and Centerprices, a subsidiary of Boldage Logistics Services Limited - a world class supply chain firm to help in the chain businesses (information, personnel, materials, and currency flow).

MEMBERSHIP

There are three categories of membership which include:

FRANCHISE MEMBERSHIP - this category is made of investors who put down their money to sponsor production of a particular line of products within a state of the federation or country for an agreed dividend.

DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERSHIP - this category is comprises of major cluster owners of vendors and subvendors (retailers and consumers). They create an affiliate shop online and or offline, holding stock of Thamvos Product lines in other to track sales made by his/her cluster members for Commissions Bonuses and Rewards at the dashboard online. There is no limit as to the number of members to one's cluster.

VENDOR MEMBERSHIP - this category is comprises of minor cluster owners of subvendors (retailers and consumers). They can track their personal and subvendors purchases performance for Commissions, Bonuses and Rewards at the dashboard online. There is no limit as to the number of subvendors that a vendor can generate within his/her cluster.

INCENTIVES These include cash and physical items collated and given to vendor members at their initial registration, renewal and as referrals bonus.

INITIAL REGISTRATION This is the first time one will join the Cooperative during the annual Thamvos Entrepreneurial Empowerment Campaign TEEC.

GENERATIONS The first generation is at your initial registration as a Ruby. The next generation is attained when one has grown to the highest level and start again as a Ruby

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL Annual membership Renewal IA required of all vendor members only. A vendor can use the fund on his/her wallet for renewal. Distributors membership is reviewed bi-annually.

REFERRAL These comprise of vendors and subvendors under a particular Distributor. Every vendor has an upline and a downline members for the purpose of creating the opportunity for multiple income and teamwork. They all may have to form a cluster for their personal earnings advantage.

  2. Sapphire (first 10,000 unit sales from personal and referrals purchase performance

  5. Platinum(first 10, 000,000 unit sales from personal and referrals purchase performance

Cashing out is not down haphazardly but only on each Milestone.

Bonus shall be given to each vendor as he or she moved from one generation to another generation.

This shall depend on how fast each distributor and vendor achieve each Milestone. Any of our public displays reward eg Motor Vehicle, House etc shall carry Thamvos and Centerprices logos for at least one year.

Shopping

All shoppings are done and are tracked online for the purposes of Commission, Bonuses and Rewards.

Only Vendors are considered retailers or consumers member of the cooperative. A vendor can use the fund on his/her wallet for shopping. Every checked out order is to be handled according to the delivery specifications as specified by the vendor based on volume and locations.

MEMBERSHIP INCENTIVES INCLUDE:

Billings

Every financial transaction is on our trusted partner, paystack with an end to end encrypted system to guarantee safe transactions and value for your money. Every successful or failed transaction shall be reported to vendors via email.
