Centerprices is the Nigeria leading Supply Chain e-commerce marketplace / entrepreneurial empowerment platform. Our platform consists of our membership, entrepreneurs affiliate shops as marketplace, and commission community which connects sellers, retailers with consumers, our 3PL Logistics Service - Boldage Logistics Services Limited, which enables the shipment and delivery of packages to members or consumers, and our payment service with paystack, which facilitates transactions among participants' financial activities on our platform in selected dealings.

This website is operated by members of the centerprices group consist of a tripartite union between Thamvos Products Company Limited, Thamvos Products Manufacturers Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and Boldage Logistics Services Limited. Information on our subsidiaries can be found on our website.

Any personal data provided or collected on www.centerprices.com is controlled by the subsidiary that the website relates to.

Upon your subscription to our products and services by registering on www.centerprices.com, you did that through your referrer's links, you have by this action accept our terms and conditions:

i. You are automatically a member of Thamvos Products Manufacturers Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and to abide on their policies, processes and procedures.

ii. Your annual access fees of Three Thousand Naira Only (N3,000.00) remains the only requirement for membership subscription and to open your online shop.

iii. You have accepted our products by quality and parkaging sizes.

iv. The profit for products sale is achieved when your cluster or community members or referrals shop on our e-commerce marketplace platform which is done via your shop.

v. Personal purchases gives you a marginal earnings of cash coupon per unit product purchased.

vi. All personal purchases attract applicable government taxes eg VAT.

vii. You cannot make payment for products through using your wallet, all earnings in your wallet is withdrawable seamlessly and in real-time.

viii. You can use fund on your wallet to participate in our Shopper's Weekly Game draws.

ix. For every of your referral, the Cooperative pay a cash sum of One Thousand Naira Only(N1,000.00) into your wallet as an Empowerment benefit. This is repeated ones a year upon members renewal of membership.

x. This will be a window of one month renewal period for all users/members without which your earnings would be withheld until your renewal is confirmed.

xi. There is no additional or hidden charges on members during withdrawal of your earnings from your wallet to your commercial bank account.

xii. Payment must be made and receipts confirmed by admin before any order processing.

xiii. Delivery charges is negotiable through 3PL - Boldage Logistics Services Limited or affiliate delivery services.

xiv. Only products uploaded on the platform shall be available for purchase, no phone or email order is available.

Disclaimer on:

i. Products Adverse reaction:
Your skin might be sensitive or allergy to our products - other than these rare occasions, our products are skin, environmentally and health friendly.

ii. Purchases and Delivery:
Every purchase is to be done online and order fulfillment is done at the state delivery centre at the state capital except otherwise requested by the customer which might actually come with a cost. In the future every state shall operate independently taking its order and fulfilling same within the possible lead time. While we wait the future, orders only originate in Lagos and Akwa Ibom State to it's destinations with the delivery cost to be incurred by individuals buyer.

iii. Damages on Transit:
Incase of there's a report of damage on transit over the products, our third party delivery partner shall launch an investigation committee to track the possibility and responsibility then they shall take appropriate action.

iv. Wrong order processing or outliers:
Where the order delivered is/are different from the order placed, our third party delivery partner shall retrieve the order and replace it with the correct order and shall not by liable to any delays associated with the order differences.

v. Bullwipe Logistics
At all time Thamvos Products Company Limited through her partners in logistics shall set up and maintain a green Logistics system to avoid bullwipe.

Payment:
Financial transactions between the customers and the company shall be done strictly online through the encrypted platform on Paystack Titan. All payments to customers shall be through the online individual wallet. Splitting on registration and Purchases shall be segmented and tracked within the wallet on different fields withdrawable or transfer to individual member's account of his choice without any charge obligations on the customer. Successful and unsuccessful transactions are reported real-time and reconciliation follow suit.
